🔁 Exchange for Manufacturing Defect
• If the product shows a manufacturing defect, you have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to request an exchange.
• The item will be evaluated, and if the defect is confirmed, you can choose to:
• Receive a new product (same or equivalent value);
• Get store credit for a future purchase;
• Receive a refund of the amount paid.
• Return and reshipping costs in this case are covered by us.
🚫 Return or Exchange by Regret (Right of Withdrawal)
• In accordance with Brazilian Consumer Law (Article 49 of the CDC), you have 7 calendar days after receiving your order to cancel your purchase.
• The product must be unused, with tags and original packaging.
• Once we receive and check the product’s condition, we’ll issue a full refund of the amount paid.
👙 Attention: Intimate Items
• For hygiene and safety reasons, bikinis and intimate items can only be exchanged if they have a manufacturing defect, as long as they are unused and keep the original tags and hygiene seal.
