🔁 Exchange for Manufacturing Defect

If the product shows a manufacturing defect, you have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to request an exchange.

The item will be evaluated, and if the defect is confirmed, you can choose to:

Receive a new product (same or equivalent value);

Get store credit for a future purchase;

Receive a refund of the amount paid.

Return and reshipping costs in this case are covered by us.

 

🚫 Return or Exchange by Regret (Right of Withdrawal)

In accordance with Brazilian Consumer Law (Article 49 of the CDC), you have 7 calendar days after receiving your order to cancel your purchase.

The product must be unused, with tags and original packaging.

Once we receive and check the product’s condition, we’ll issue a full refund of the amount paid.

 

👙 Attention: Intimate Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, bikinis and intimate items can only be exchanged if they have a manufacturing defect, as long as they are unused and keep the original tags and hygiene seal.
